135 Certification

These Programs relate to required 14 CFR 135 certification and are oriented for large cabin aircraft 10 seats or more.

General Maintenance Manual 14 CFR 135 –

Includes a General Maintenance Manual (Ten or More Seats – FAR 135.411(a) (2)) see our sample pages tab in the manual section of our website for more information and sample pages. Each GMM includes each operator’s specific aircraft maintenance program and supports 1 or multiple aircraft with required regulatory maintenance policy and procedures.

14 CFR 119/135 Statement of Compliance –

Includes a Statement of compliance (SOC) or compliance statement must be developed by all applicants and submitted to the FAA. The development of the SOC is normally the most time consuming portion of the certification process. Currently, many FAA offices are requiring the compliance statement to address FAR Parts 91, 119, and 135. This SOC is oriented for Large Turbofan/Turbojet Aircraft, custom tailored to each operator’s requirements, and matches SourceOne Aviation Compliance’s current manual format.

14 CFR 135 & DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program –

Include a Drug and Alcohol Testing Program that complies with the drug and alcohol testing regulations of the Department of Transportation (DOT) (49 CFR part 40) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) (14 CFR part 120).
