14 CFR 135 Statement of Compliance

A Statement of compliance (SOC) or compliance statement must be developed by all applicants and submitted to the FAA. The development of the SOC is normally the most time consuming portion of the certification process. Currently, many FAA offices are requiring the compliance statement to address FAR Parts 91, 119, and 135. This SOC provides the following:
